How to apply press-on nails?
- Clean your natural nails with the included alcohol wipe;
- Buff nails lightly with the sponge buffer for better adhesion;
- Choose the right size press-on for each nail;
- For short wear: Peel TenNail’s sticky tab, stick it to the press-on, then press firmly onto your nail for 10 seconds. For long wear: Apply a thin layer of gel glue to the press-on (or your natural nail), align and press, then cure with a UV lamp for 30 seconds.
Can I paint or customize TenNail press-on nails?
Yes! TenNail press-on nails (made of medical-grade PMMA) are compatible with regular nail polish or gel polish. You can add designs, stickers, or gems—just make sure to gently sand the surface first for better paint adhesion. Avoid harsh solvents (like acetone) when customizing, as they may damage the material.

How to remove press-ons safely?
For sticky tab wear: Gently peel TenNail press-on from the edge (start at the cuticle) and lift slowly—no tools needed. For gel glue wear: Soak a cotton pad in warm soapy water (or non-acetone nail polish remover) and hold it on the press-on for 1-2 minutes to soften the glue, then gently twist and lift. Never force or pry the nails off.
How to store reusable press-ons?
After removal, wipe TenNail press-ons with a damp cloth to remove any glue or residue, then let them air dry. Store them back in the original packaging (or a small container) to avoid dust, scratches, or bending. Keep away from direct sunlight or high temperatures to preserve the design and material.
Safe for sensitive nail beds?
Absolutely! TenNail uses thin, flexible medical-grade PMMA material—this hypoallergenic material is gentle on sensitive skin and natural nails. The included sticky tabs and gel glue are also formulated to be non-irritating; if you have extreme sensitivity, test a small amount of glue on your skin first.
What if press-ons break/lose gems?
For minor breaks: Use a small amount of clear nail glue to fix the broken edge (let it dry completely before wearing). For lost gems: The press-ons feature hand-assembled details, but you can replace missing gems with small craft gems and clear glue—this won’t affect the overall look or usability of the set.
