Hand-crafted and customized production takes approximately 1-5 business days to complete before shipping. For most products, according to actual production conditions, it will be shorter than one week.

When non-customized products are in stock, they will be shipped within 1-3 business days.If there is a delay due to force majeure, please pay attention to the email information.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Orders over $69 (included tax) qualify for FREE delivery.
  • Orders under $69 (included tax) incur a flat shipping fee of $4.9-$11.9, depending on the destination country. Some items can be shipped free with a free shipping coupon.
  • Delivery time: 3-15 business days, usually within 10 business days. (Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.)

The shipping rates for some products are calculated separately, such as promotional products. In some countries, the transportation time will be extended due to different force majeure and transportation capacity.
